By agreeing to attend a session and booking an appointment with Eloise Fielke, you are indicating that you have thoroughly read and agree to these terms & conditions. Your appointment will be considered reserved once the deposit is paid in full for in-person sessions, or the appointment has been paid in full for online sessions.

You will receive a full refund for your deposit or appointment if you choose to cancel up to 5 days before the scheduled appointment. You can also choose to reschedule your appointment up to 2 days before the scheduled appointment. After this you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund for your appointment. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will not receive a refund.

If any of the following applies to you, it is recommended that you do NOT attend this appointment:

- You have taken medication for a mental illness

- You have had a psychotic episode

- You have been diagnosed with a mental health condition

- You have been hospitalised due to a mental health condition

- Your family members have had issues with mental health conditions

By booking an appointment, you have acknowledged that none of the above applies to you. If any of the above applies to you, by booking an appointment you acknowledge that you have sought the proper medical guidance from a GP and have written approval to attend this appointment.

All information, techniques, healing and advice given throughout Eloise Fielke's sessions are intended for information purposes only. None of this information is to replace the service of your physician or health care provider. None of this information provides an alternative to professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Terms of Participation

 

 

Thank you for choosing to join us despite the current situation of uncertainty. Please read this document carefully as it contains important information about your safety when you attend a class, session or workshop with Eloise Fielke. By ticking the I agree to the terms and conditions box upon booking, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding contract with Eloise Fielke ABN: 37 996 624 267.

 

While we aim to create a safe zone for this experience and will take reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that your own accountability and personal responsibility are also required. Your commitment to good health and best practice hygiene is essential to the successful provision of our service. If you feel at all unwell, sick or feverish, stay home and recover.

 

You acknowledge and agree that it is imperative that you take full responsibility for ensuring that your body is in good enough condition to be able to participate in the classes and workshop activities without harm, injury or damage to yourself or anyone else. You also acknowledge and agree that it is imperative you are not unwell if you are attending these classes or workshops. You understand that if you are now, or have recently been ill, had surgery, feel weak or are otherwise concerned about your health, you must seek medical clearance before participating, as it is your responsibility to manage your own health and wellbeing. By attending these ceremonies, workshops, sessions or classes, you are ensuring that you have received medical clearance by a medical professional if you are now, or have recently been ill, had surgery, feel weak or are otherwise concerned about your health in any way. By attending the ceremony, workshop, session or class, you ensure that you take full responsibility for your own health to ensure you don’t have corona-virus (COVID-19). If you are coughing or sneezing, we reserve the right to request that you leave the ceremony, class, session or workshop immediately, without refund or compensation.

 

Our live ceremonies, classes, sessions and workshops may involve powerful breathing and physical movement exercises that have the potential to release sweat or saliva droplets into the air. You take full responsibility for your voluntary participation in this ceremony, class, session or workshop and the choices and decisions that you make. Please actively monitor your own situation throughout the experience and let Eloise Fielke know if you have any concerns. You agree not to blame Eloise Fielke or hold her responsible in any way for your participation in these activities or any consequences of your participation in these ceremonies, classes, sessions or workshops. You agree to take full responsibility for any health consequences that occur from attending these ceremonies, classes, sessions or workshops. By attending these ceremonies, classes, sessions or workshops, you understand that you are doing so at your own risk of contracting corona-virus (COVID-19) and you agree not to blame Eloise Fielke or hold her responsible in any way for the contraction of corona-virus (COVID-19) if it was to occur.

 

Please respect each other’s personal space and maintain a social distance from other participants. If you choose to share anything with anyone else (including food or drink), you do so entirely at your own risk.

 

If we need to cancel the ceremony, class, session or workshop due to our own illness or because of government health and safety requirements, we may deliver the workshop online, which may be at another date. Details of this will be provided to registered participants as required. The materials taught in these ceremonies, classes, sessions and workshops are provided for your personal use and development only. It may not be sold, shared without express written permission, or used in any way that competes with our business interests. You have had a psychotic episode

Family members have had issues with mental illness

You have rage/anger outbursts that you can’t control

The Participant hereby acknowledges that none of the above conditions applies to them, or they have sought the proper medical guidance from their GP and have written approval to attend this event or session.

PAYMENT PLANS TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

When you sign up to a course by Eloise Fielke, such as Psychic Foundations, if it is to be paid for in instalments or via a payment plan, you acknowledge you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for the course in its entirety. If you choose to pull out throughout the duration of the course, that is at your own expense, and you are still legally required to pay for the remainder of the course, until you have paid the course off in full.

If you sign up to a plan or payment plan via the website, you are legally required to fulfil the rest of the payments until the price of the course is paid off. If you book in to Psychic Foundations - Payment Plan via the website, you are legally required to fulfil the rest of the payments until the price of the course is paid off.

​

By signing up to Psychic Foundations - Payment Plan, or by signing up to a monthly payment plan via the website, and ticking the I agree to the terms and conditions box, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms and conditions, and that you are entering into a legal contract to fulfil the remaining payment of the course, until it is completely paid off.

​

If you are late on your payments, are refusing to pay, or are wanting to drop out of the course and payments, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay for any fees occurring as a result of a debt collection agency being hired, if they are needed to collect the remainder of your payment that you have not paid.
